We believe people deserve rest, safety, and hot sex!

Sexuality is an integral aspect of human development.

It's time we started acting like it.

While much time, money and energy have gone into areas of self-betterment, the human sexual experience has been left in the dust. The medical-industrial complex, modern research, and current psychological theory are deeply lacking when it comes to sexual health awareness.

It’s as simple as this– sex deserves better.

Imagine a world free from shame, full of bodily autonomy, rich with sexual agency, safe for self-expression, and full to the brim with pleasure. It’s so “hedonistic” it’s hard to imagine. But that is because we are drowning in old capitalistic structures that have made it painfully difficult to just be. And just “being” is the first step to having good sex. Just “being” is the first step to enjoying our food without worrying if it’s good/bad/right/wrong. Just “being” is the key to taking an afternoon nap and relishing in it.

With hard times and oppressive structures in place- how do we access our joy? Is noticing pleasure an act of rebellion?

If we struggle to enjoy the small pleasures, how can we tap into the big, vulnerable pleasure that is sex?

Sex + Pleasure Coaching

What it looks like

Sex, Pleasure, and Relational Coaching looks similar to “regular” therapy, because our coaches have post-graduate therapeutic knowledge, education, and clinical experience in psychotherapy. However- coaching is a more cozy, mindful experience- perfect for those afraid to talk to their therapist about sex, or those who have talked to their therapist about sex but to no successful end. Similar to going to your general doctor and getting a referral for a specialist~ We are the sex specialists!

Coaching fits beautifully for sexual and relational work because sex is a highly vulnerable topic- and a more personal and casual setting allows the client to go deeper, without feeling intimidated or shamed. Coaching includes psychosexual education, specific techniques, and paradigm shifts that can only be realized when there is a solid (non-hierarchical) relationship between coach and client.

Coaching often includes at-home activities between sessions, occasional laughs and silliness (sex can be fun and silly!), and deep transformational work. This work is born from the liberated perspective of a sensual world that exists outside of the *occasionally* rigid structures of traditional therapeutic theory.

Clarke (she/her)

is a sex, pleasure, and relational coach with hundreds of hours of psychotherapy training and clinical experience. She has a B.A. in Gender, Sexuality, and Society, and a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. Clarke has completed over 3,000 hours of individual client sessions with folks from all over the world.

  • Clarke is an expert in orgasm. She has helped many women previously anorgasmic find their orgasm for the first time. Clarke began her career working with women-identifying people who were struggling with low desire, sexual disconnect, inability to orgasm, and sexual shame and trauma. She has now expanded her practice to work with all genders and orientations, and is LGBTQIA+ and kink affirming. Clarke is passionate about viewing sex as a subjective experience. She helps her clients figure out their unique relationship with sex and sexuality and what kind of sex they truly want to be having. Once they arrive at that knowing, she helps them advocate for those experiences.

Clarke’s interests have expanded to the vastness that is the human sexual experience. She is fascinated by sexual satisfaction in long term relationships and the science (and the magic) that go into keeping that fire alive. She believes society has a very limited view of sex, and when we hone in on pleasure, sensuality, eroticism, the body, and define sex for ourselves, everything shifts! (For the better)

With an international background, Clarke fell in love with how different cultures view and discuss sex. She was transformed by her time in France- and can no longer settle for bad wine, bread, or sex. She was touched by her time in Australia, working for Chantelle Otten at the Australian Institute of Sexology and Sexual Medicine (a clinic she is still a clinician in), and feeding kangaroos whenever she got the chance. She lives a life full of experiencing pleasure unapologetically and is committed to helping others find the authentic expression of their sensual and non-sensual selves.

Emily (she/they)

is a coach who specializes in embracing queer identities and exploring nontraditional relationships. Emily helps folks navigate the complexities of finding and welcoming their queerness. Whether you're questioning, newly out, or seeking to build community, Emily provides a safe space to explore and celebrate your authentic self.

  • Emily also focuses on expanding the possibilities of what love and partnership can look like. If you're curious about open relationships, polyamory, or other forms of ethical non-monogamy, you’ll learn tools to establish boundaries, communicate effectively, and cultivate fulfilling connections that honor your unique relationship style. Emily originally hails from the lush landscapes of the Pacific Northwest and now proudly calls Southern California home. Outside of coaching, you can find her spinning upside down on a pole. Her journey with pole dancing began as a form of artistic expression and fitness, but quickly evolved into a profound passion and lifestyle. She’s a proud cat mom to three adorable fluffs — who will crash your coaching sessions with almost certainty.

from our clients

  • The best part of working with Clarke is how real she is with me. It’s like she can see how my brain is processing information and give me feedback in a digestible (and fun!) way. She cultivates such a safe and gentle space for me to brain dump or debate black and white thoughts. 12/10 would recommend if you’ve been thinking about seeking services!!

  • I only worked a few months with Clarke but it had such a big impact on me! To finally talk to someone where you don’t feel judged for your sexual preferences, who helps you to explore yourself more and gives you great exercises/ advice was exactly what I needed 🙏🏼

    — A

  • Clarke has been an absolute joy and such a pleasure to work with! She is not only extremely professional but unbelievably kind. I really feel like during our sessions I’m talking to one of my closest friends. This has allowed me to open up and have deeper discoveries about myself and my journey. She has a a wonderful way of making you feel seen and heard as well as offering guidance 🤍 My self view has completely changed since working with her and I look forward to every single one of our sessions! Starting my therapy journey with Clarke is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made 😊

  • Working with Clarke has helped me better observe my relationship with my sexuality, myself, and others. We’ve covered a wide range of topics, but I think the most impactful aspect for me is how we work to shed away the walls and layers of my defense / coping mechanisms that I had developed so well to the point I lost my ability to connect with myself and my body. “Pleasure work” has helped me tap into and own my vulnerability and I have been able to appreciate more the richness of my relationships and engage in them. Working with Clarke not only has provided me a safe space to explore and work with different ideas, but she has been a mentor, witness, cheerleader to my growth and journey.

  • I have been working with Clarke for a couple of years now and I cannot speak highly enough of her. From the very commencement of our therapeutic relationship, she made me feel safe, welcome, understood, validated and motivated. I came to her with a very specific goal that I thought was truly impossible, to orgasm, as well as the desire to deepen my relationship with my pleasure generally. Two years on, I have achieved both of my goals!!! My pleasure has expanded beyond what I ever thought was capable in my body and it has impacted my life so beyond sexuality and relationships. I am so grateful to have been able to work with Clarke. I know without a doubt that I would not be the pleasure centric person I am without our work together. Every single person could benefit from speaking to Clarke, if only to experience the beautiful way she sees sensuality and pleasure in the world. Thank you Clarke!

  • I’ve never had someone so qualified, powerful and intelligent sit with me in open vulnerability, and champion me to face hard things with grace and empathy, like Clarke has. She has helped me grow from, grow with, and grow into myself. She artfully weaves the latest psycho and sexual science and political and social analysis with deep empathy, wisdom and humour to help support you in any and all of your hopes/goals/dreams for yourself. AND she’ll challenge you and pull you up when you’re not doing yourself, the world or others justice. I couldn’t recommend her more for anything you may be struggling with, hoping to achieve, or simply wondering about in yourself 💖

    — M

  • Clarke is exceptional at what she does, and I'm very grateful to have been recommended sessions with her. She listens attentively. She is kind, gentle and respectful. She's also not afraid to push back and challenge things where it will be helpful. Clarke is also incredibly patient when I don't show up to sessions as my best self, which is so invaluable. I have very much appreciated the work that we have been able to do, and will continue to do.
